Patient: 27-year-old Kemper Military student recruiter, former COBRA pilot
Factors: .27 BAC, intoxicated and passed out while driving, single car crash, no seatbelt
Diagnosis: C-2 through C-7 fractures, closed Traumatic Brain Injury, arrived at hospital D.O.A.
Prognosis: Live in a nursing home

Interests: Golf, bicycling, running, tri-athlete, swimming
Goals/Dreams: Participate in the Ironman Triathlon
